I've lived here 4 years now and I love it. When I was looking for a place I visited 13 places 4 years ago and nothing excited me. I checked out San Marin and it was an immediate YES and was a far better value compared to all the other places I visited in the area. Building construction, look and feel, layout, patio space, pool area and amenities I give two thumbs up. Office staff, property management and the maintenance team are friendly and helpful. There was a time when work requests were backed up, maybe a year ago, but the team they have now gets it done in a respectable timeframe. I love all the trees and there is a sweet hiking trail behind the complex. Dog friendly with poop bag stations throughout the complex and there's a dog park as well. They also have tenant appreciation days where they have different gatherings/parties in the pool area and club house. In my time here I've also noticed they upgrade the appliances and have recently been replacing/upgrading the water heaters for more efficient ones. Oh! And all my immediate neighbors in my building are pretty cool as well as people I run into throughout the complex. Thank you I've enjoyed living here!
