Great floor plans and covered parking available to all residents. Some issues with picky things like not filling propane for the grill often enough but overall nice amenities,esp. the gym. Rent has gone up too much for what you get though (no laminate flooring, lack of security, etc.)

The specific floor plan...

The specific floor plan is what convinced me to lease this property, as well as the newly renovated fitness center and pool. For a smaller one bedroom, my particular unit has an almost 200 sq ft patio! Also, the property has a lot of nice mature trees that make it feel more homey than newer apartments; however, some of the trees leak sap that is really hard to get off of your car and/or shoes...I would recommend paying for a garage if you like to have a clean car.

Thanks for the great info anonymous 2012! Sounds like you have the A2, which has a HUGE patio that's perfect for outdoor entertaining (the balcony adds 182 square feet of outdoor living to the 700 square foot apartment)! Since the property is surrounded by mature trees during certain months the pollen and sap can spread, but if you don't already know, all those covered parking spaces are FREE of charge so feel free to take full advantage!
