Wow ... after reading...

Wow ... after reading some of these reviews it seems like I live in a different community. From day one ( I've been here for a year and a half ) I have not had any of the issues that I read here. I was in a pre-upgraded apartment in the begining. I loved the location of my unit and had no issues with any neighbors. Recently I transfered aparments into an upgraded unit. My family loves the new place. It is bigger, nicer, and just all around great. The staff here is so helpful. Shea goes above and beyond what is needed to take care of everything. The new paint, rocks, and renovations of the gym and resident room look awesome. In the begining I was hesitant about paying the amount I did but with everything upgraded now... it seems like such a great deal. My transfer was to a bigger apartment with upgrades and an attached garage, all for less rent than I was originally paying. I would recommend this property to my friends and family any day. Whenever I have guests they always compliment me on my nice place and my big porch. It is located in a good neighborhood with great schools. It's more than just an apartment to my family... this is our home.
