Other than maintenance for the heating system it has been good. Below is a copy of the email I typed to send to the manager. This is all I have to say at this point.
Letter to San Marin Apartments.
The heating system has been awful this winter. I had to buy two space heaters just to keep the temperature at 70 degrees in my apartment. I turn the heat on and it only gets up to 68 or 69 degrees without the two space heaters on. I wake up in the mornings it is 68 or 69 degrees in this apartment. That is very uncomfortable when it?s in the twenties or thirties outside. I prefer not to run space heaters at night or when I am out for safety reasons.
When it is cold outside, twenties and thirties the heat is inadequate. It blows warm air for a while then it starts to blow cool air so the temp never gets to seventy. I have called the office at least six times about this problem and it is not solved. If I had not bought two space heaters this winter it would have been even worse. It is very uncomfortable in this apartment when it is cold outside.
One other thing today when I try to turn the air condition on I put the thermostat on 70 degrees and I selected auto and did not come on. I switched it to manual on and it came on I hope this summer it is working correctly it should come on automatically and it should shut off automatically. I am really concerned with my electric bill.
