Verified Resident ā¢ 2012 - 2015
I don't have a lot of needs when it comes to my apartment, but the things I do value I've found to be easy with this apartment. The leasing office has always been extremely proactive about helping me with any and all issues I have, and they're personable and friendly while doing it. My maintenance requests are addressed fully and properly and my apartment respected while they work. I'm also very satisfied with the apartment itself. I'm not paying for a 5-star luxury suite, so no not everything is perfect, but other than that I wish I had a glass top stove, I have pretty much no problems with the apartment itself, and when something comes up the service staff take care of it pretty well. I also like the community, even though I don't really engage with it much. I've talked to some of my neighbors a few times and it's nice knowing the people I live near even if I don't interact with them much, and the property managers have regular community events, which I don't participate in much but it's nice feeling like we're a community.
