So glad I moved

I lived there for 4 years before finally wising up and moving. The apartments were noisy and dated. The AC never cooled the apartment well and I always had summer electric bills near $300 per month for about 5 months of the year, still only brining my apartment down to a chilly 80 degrees by 10PM. Management told me that the AC units were undersized but ownership wouldn't approve replacing with the appropriate size unit. I lived in a 3 bedroom on the end of the building (3625 Duval) and always had problems with noise from the downstairs neighbors. The apartment layout was good, but the quality was questionable.
