Decent, modest and unpretentious. There is nothing alarmingly wrong with these apartments, they are just on the older side. Recent upgrades have been made to compete with more modern options. Yale touchpads replaced the use of keys, repainting and re-roofing the buildings took a few years off the facade, yards were added to the bottom floors and the leasing office is undergoing renovations. Maintenance is quick to resolve problems which is great. These apartments are not perfect and their age shows every now and then (like a peeling tub or old heater), but otherwise Sedona Springs is a good place to live. Truly.

It's been great. Big enough to feel space but small enough to reach the amenities. The front desk agents are very helpful and treat you with respect and grace. Te amenities were amazing and are under remod which will make them even better. Tenants are respectful and considerate. Pets have their own park and the owners are very thoughtful not to leave their pet's business behind.

Staff except manager are friendly, response for maintenance usually timely, except for one notable exception. Manager and notices she sends are quite patronizing. Landscaping fine but Upkeep of of pet waste disposal is poor. Gates never work.

A great community with responsive staff and maintenance. I've been here for multiple years and I have zero complaints. The grounds are clean and well maintained, and the apartment has many windows. I great location as well.

The renter insurance portal is very unfriendly. No reminders or notification from the portal or the management team when the policy should be updated or getting expired which leads to residents loosing 28$ per month.

Not Worth It
I am paying 2450 to leave 2.5 months early to a place down the street because that is how bad the management, maintenance, and buildings are. I can't name something positive besides location(in terms of driving around ATX) If you need quiet for any reason do not stay here, the buildings have extremely thin walls and ceilings. You will need to be okay with hearing everything your neighbors do even if they try their hardest to be quiet. When you call management, if you select resident, you will probably never get a reply as I after 5 separate attempts have never had them answer.

I moved in last October, so far it is peaceful and didn't face any major issue. Many stores and outlets are within 5min reach. Ambience of the apartment is well maintained. Office staff are friendly and i could get the required help on a short notice.

Adding unnecessary charges without asking consent from the tenants. Like smart rent, Internet packages. These should be optional. Some Maintenance staff are not friendly. Gates are always broken and open.

Everything is good only thing is you guys keep on adding extra costs every year now adding the backyard renovation for apartments which are in ground floor once our lease renewal comes this might be added to our lease renewal as extra cost. There is no Tennis court now I don't know what's happening with that amenity as also most a year now it's not there.

Since we moved in there has been construction, amenities taken away, and increased rent, and the gates are always broken and open no point in a gated community . We do not see any perks to living here. We were much happier at the park at Monterey oaks and Monterey Ranch.

Nice trail, pool, and volleyball court. The apartment layouts are open and the complex is pretty peaceful with nice neighbors. The gym is convenient but has no circulation. They have consistent gate issues but the neighborhood is safe. Northland is very corporate and will pick out specific tenants to regulate them like an HOA while unreasonable rules are not upheld throughout the rest of the complex, so make sure you're 100% buttoned up even though they themselves will not care to do proper interior repair in their units and go for the cheapest fixes.

Sedona Springs is a lovely property that's nested amid natural beauty and commercial convenience. I've enjoyed living here among a diverse array of families and individuals from all walks of life. It is a good place for dogs, though the management can neglect to tend to dog depots around the property, leading to frustrating and unpleasant eyesores. Beyond that, the place is well kept and the staff is friendly.

I like living here but maintenance has been slow to fix the major things. Such as put gate has been broken for months, and no fix has been made. The community is nice, but the gate was part of the appeal for me and there has been no effort to fix it

I've had a great experience with the apartment itself. Perfect for me and so nice. I've just had problems with careless loud neighbors lately and it tends to put a damper on things. doesn't matter how many times the complex reaches out to them. thank them for trying! parking situation is horrible, cars park horribly here. crooked, sticking halfway out of spots, taking two spots, parking in the middle of the road. I've had my car scraped and hit and broken into. (homeless people, and they come at night and dig through the trash bins). Also the gates are always broken. and dogs are everywhere without a leash. they don't provide a tow truck number that works, so when people park in your paid spot, you just have to deal with it at night.

Rent increases and additional fees keep adding up, people don't pick up after pets, terrible "gym." Gates are always open so it feels unsafe. So many newer apartments just built in area that are cheaper and have more amenities

Community is nice, area in which it is located is nice. The only concern is that the pricing is a bit steep for the age of the apartment homes, and some of the ammenities seem to be slightly outdated.

I have enjoyed living in this community for the past 6+ yrs. The office staff have always been very helpful with all matters. The Sadona Springs maintenance department is top notch. I have had a few problems, which happens with any apartment, but the maintenance staff have been on any request I've submitted. I'd recommend Sadona Springs to anyone trying to find a new place to live.

It's been great. Seems there is a lot more traffic than usual and the parking lot appears to be a repair shop most days. I've lived in the same unit for over 5 years. The original contract said I would get new carpet after that. When the freeze happened, we got flooded and carpet was replaced only where the flood damage was. So I've had multi colored carpet for a few years now. The staff is wonderful, Kristi is always helpful! Maintenance guys are super punctual! Not too many complaints. After all, I'm still living here. No upgrades, just rent increases.

Good community and location, but have had trouble working with the management and moved into an apartment that was not cleaned well before moving in. Had to spend multiple hours vacuuming, wiping down the counters, and cleaning the bathroom during move in. Also, the apartment smelled like tobacco smoke.

Overall good, maintenance is fast and the apartment itself is nice. It's a quiet community and the staff is nice. Although a lot of cars have been stolen and broken into, so it's not entirely safe and I wish they had cameras

Iāve been here 10 years. The staff is great. Itās a quiet environment. My neighbors over the years have been friendly. I live alone and feel totally safe here. When my son died, they put a plant with a card at my front door. When a new system was installed and it didnāt work in my apartment, they kept coming back until it was totally fixed.

Overall it has been good. I feel like in the past, landscaping around the whole property was better taken care of and it is now been somewhat neglected. I wish the leasing office was also a clubhouse that was accessible outside office hours.

There are few things I would like to appreciate and raise concerns as a resident. Maintenance process is pretty good in terms of response and fixing things. Internet connectivity is bad due to paint or old wires. Amenities availablility as compared to what we pay to the community are very limited few board games or indoor games like snooker chess would be good to have. The tennis court should have been there which was demolished earlier. The entrance gate makes constant noise which probably needs an attention
