The renter insurance portal is very unfriendly. No reminders or notification from the portal or the management team when the policy should be updated or getting expired which leads to residents loosing 28$ per month.

Sedona springs is an awful place to live.  The apartments are old (we lived in the townhouse style one, and the floors were SUPER slopey!), and not very well maintained.  When we first moved in, our apartment wasn&apos;t cleaned very well at all, and it smelled AWFUL (Unless you&apos;re really into your apartment smelling like curry when you move in).  The carpets were dirty, and the walls hadn&apos;t been painted either.  The appliances are old - and NOT energy efficient at all.  Our first electric bill was almost $300.  The water is allocated, based on the number of occupants and square footage, so our water bill was really high as well.

THE CHERRY ON TOP, HOWEVER, WAS THE FACT THAT ONE OF OUR NEIGHBORS DECIDED TO GET A PIG. AND KEEP IT IN HER APARTMENT.  Despite the fact that many people (including my husband and I) had mentioned the pig to the people at the office, they didn&apos;t make her leave until over six months later.  That is completely unacceptable.

I will say that Sedona springs is a convenient place to live, as it is right near Mopac and 290.  Also, the maintenance people were really nice, and as helpful as they could be.

I would not recommend living here.

I was shown this property by a leasing agent and I fell in love as soon as I saw it. The grounds are well kept and the landscaping accents the buildings well. Our leasing agent&#44; Trey was extremely helpful through out the whole process as my roommate and I were moving in&#44; and was always there to answer any questions we had. Since then everything in the apartment works great&#44; the amenities (which I rarely even use in an apartment complex) are actually worth using&#44; and I feel safe in my new home. The neighborhood is great too&#44; everything I need is close by and yet away from the inner city traffic. If you are looking for an affordable&#44; nice home in south austin this is the place!

The property manager is responsive and helpful&#44; but I can&#39;t say the same for the rest of the office staff.  I walked into the office the other day to get a package and this office guy (who seems to think he&#39;s some hotshot) just ignored me and kept flirting with some other employee.  When he finally got around to acknowledging me&#44; he had this attitude like I was bothering him.  When you call with an issue&#44; unless you speak with the office manager directly&#44; your message just goes into a black hole apparently. I&#39;ve had to call multiple times on the same issue.  To be fair&#44; if the issue falls neatly into their routine maintenance category&#44; it gets handled pretty quickly&#44; but anything else just gets ignored.  For example&#44; I&#39;ve called several times with a safety issue - some of the lights&#44; particuarly in the stairway-breezeway area&#44; tend to come on well after dark (you can&#39;t see to find your keys much less someone hiding in the shadows). Could be a great property if they could find better office staff.

They promised a date for Move in - THree days before the move in they called and said the apart signed was not available so they gave another apartment.

I feel at home. The response of the leasing office is really good. I am having good time here. It is ver quite and peaceful. There is no public  transportation. All the groceries stores are near by with walkable distance.
