No WiFi for a week, no running water for a weekend, next week scalding water, packages stolen, washer dryer broke and flooded twice, no answers from management except ordering pizza, still can’t link plaid and no answers on how to do that to pay rent this month. No elevator for a month? Last week burned by scalding water this week no hot water — many neighbors chatting to break lease but being charged astronomical prices

Its a decent building, but if you want to live in a "luxury" apartment downtown, dont cheap out - cough up the extra $200 a month a get in a nicer building with more amenities run by a management that actually knows what customer service and common courtesy means.

From touring the property through living here on my first lease with The Waller has been a great experience. The team is great, the amenities are top notch and the overall downtown living close enough but not within the hustle of the traffic makes for a great relaxing environment. The apartment is very pet friendly and concierge service is very convenient.

I highly recommend this apartment building. The leasing office is amazing, the amenities are excellent, and the community is so much fun. Maintenance work has been performed almost instantaneously. The location is perfect as well.

Beautiful building, great amenities, but terrible systems. I’ve been a resident for five months and only had maybe three hot showers. I have no idea how this building could’ve been built and certified before a mechanical systems were tested to show consistent quality. Maintenance team is nice and kind, but in effective at solving structural problems with mechanical systems.

The Waller is a very clean and well-rounded apartment complex that is perfect for young professionals and families. The staff are all friendly and eager to help if needed, Jo's Coffee in the lobby is phenomenal and convenient, and the apartments are clean.

This is a great building except for the noise from local concert venues. They should stop by 10-11 pm but sometimes do not and can prevent sleep or sometimes being able to just enjoy watching tv. If you are a night owl, that won’t be a problem but if you want or have to wake early, it is.

I've liked everything about the community so far. The amenities, cleanliness, safety and the staff. Neighbours also seem very considerate and I've had no issues. I would only ask for 1-2 more equipments for weight training in the gym(vertical row for back or a peck deck fly/rear deltoid machine).

The breathtaking views, really nice amenities (Jo’s Hot Coffee at the lobby level amazing!) and always friendly and attentive staff at The Waller has been one of the best experiences. Patrick made my move-in process as easy as possible.

Great experience moving downtown. Amazing views, ample amenities with on-site gym, office space, entertaining areas and pools. Walking distance to many local restaurants and happy hour spots. Staff is professional and responsive. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

Living at The Waller is honestly such a dream. The building is brand new, super quiet, and just so well done—it feels like every detail was thought through. It’s modern without trying too hard, and the vibe is calm and peaceful even though it’s downtown. I love how everything feels fresh and bright, and it’s the perfect mix of convenience and comfort. It’s exactly what I was looking for.

10/10! The only high rise I could find in Austin that were able to facilitate immediate move in. Super smooth and I can only say great things about the Waller! Also, the amenities here are superb! Secure a lease now whilst prices are super low!

The Waller has everything I could’ve ever asked for in an apartment. From unique floorpans, to fantastic views and friendly staff, this place is one that truly has it all. I had spent many months looking for a new place to live that meets all of my criteria, and I’m happy to report that The Waller surpassed all of my expectations. The Waller is a clean and friendly community with great amenities and gorgeous architectural designs. Overall, I’m very thankful for the great staff who helped me throughout the entire process from when I first toured to my move in. I’m very happy to call this place my forever home!

The Waller was my final stop on my apartment tour journey here in Austin and I’m so glad that I decided to pop in. Not only was the staff extremely helpful, the building was the most beautiful one I toured with some of the best amenities in the city. The apartment itself is large light and bright with so much storage and high-end appliances and fixtures. This place is truly a dream and I am so glad that I will be starting my journey here in Austin living at this building.

Our experience at The Waller has been excellent. The leasing team of Haley and Patrick is of the utmost professionalism. The front desk concierge team is incredibly helpful and responsive. The amenities are first class and the location is excellent (despite being a bit close to the Waterloo Amphitheatre). Highly recommend.

Everyone who works at The Waller is so sweet and genuine! Always helpful and fixes any concerns we have within the day if not within the hour. Recommend them highly and the building as well. They have all the amenities you would want and then some. We enjoy the pools and the great view from our patio every day!

Feels like I’m living royalty, I feel very welcomed and I love all the amenities. Amazing customer service & most of all amazing views from gym, pool & my unit. I feel safe in the environment. Would highly recommend this place.
