I HATE THIS PLACE

I hate this place and can't fricken wait to move OUT!!! I'm just going to go down the list: Parking: I guess this depends on where you live in the complex, but there was never any parking available where I was. Don't even think about trying to park while school is getting out because parents park in the parking lot while they wait for their kids. The office put up signs saying that this was private property, blah, blah, blah but doesn't enforce anything. Noise: I can hear pretty much everything the person upstairs does, and can occasionally hear the persons TV next door. I know this is not just my neighbors because I know other people here and the noise is just as bad. Plus I was the 'lucky' one and got to live right on the street; traffic 24/7. Grounds: Nothing special. Be careful though, people let their animals crap everywhere. Safety: Well, my car was broken into, so there. If I could put no stars I would. There are constantly people loitering on the sidewalks at night in front of the apartments and it makes me nervous. Construction: Quality of everything sucks. I have lived in some pretty ------ places before, but they had nicer things than this place does. Very dissapointed. Carpet is gross and disgusting, I had it cleaned and it is still horrid. Bathroom fixtures suck, kitchen sink/faucet has the worst water pressure ever. Water heater is annoying as hell. Loud and EXPENSIVE. Maintenance: SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I moved in the only appliances that worked were my fridge and oven. Dishwasher and stove didn't (one burner did). I moved in November 2009. NOTHING WAS FIXED UNTIL MARCH 2010. I had no dishwasher for 4 months, and could only use 1 burner. I finally wrote a letter to the management company. Never got a response from them, but a couple of days later maintenance came and fixed everything. I have to call, write, harass them for days to get anything fixed. Right now I'm sitting here listening to the rain leaking through the sliding glass door and onto the floor. I have put in 2 work orders and called them about it at least twice since this has been going on since April. By the way management, if there is damage to the carpet because of this, I'm not paying for it. Staff: Most of the staff is o.k. There is one girl her name starts with ----------------. Doesn't really know much of anything. Overall I am super dissappointed with this place. I was so excited when I first moved in. As I stated above, I have lived in some really ------ areas before, and the saddest thing is, the apartments that I had there were nicer (and alot cheaper) than this place. NOT WORTH THE PRICE, AGGRAVATION, AND PROBLEMS. If I knew what I know now, I would not have moved in here.
