Not kid friendly!

I have lived in this complex for a year and a half. Had a notice put on my door that children were not allowed to play outside around the building of the complex. The police were called on my 13 year old son for riding his skateboard in the middle of the day. My 2 eight year old girls were told they couldn't ride their bike, around the complex and needed to go to the park. the maintenance is horrible, I live on the third floor and the bolts are comig out of the brick to the handrail, if someone leans too hard on it they will fall. I told them 3 times and it's been 6 months. I have 22 more days in this place and I am counting the days down that we move.
