Do not, under any circumstances, move here! I lived here way too long to be honest. Innumerable leaks, electrical problems, unbelievably poor quality on any upgrades. There were neighbors upstairs that created far more than normal apt noise and nothing was ever done in 2 years of complaints. These people did not quiet down until around 1:30 a.m. and it was impossible to sleep well. Their 11 yr old son ran & jumped until the plaster was falling from the ceilings. The management team changed and there was very little done to keep up or improve the property. The maintenance foreman and the Mgr were "involved" ~ very poor business practices. Outside lights are still a problem, not allowing for safety. Heavy rains came through one BR window...never repaired. One leak affected the wall with the breaker box...never repaired. I paid for an upgrade package and it was never completed, however, I still had to pay the extra $$$. I'm not a difficult person but living here made me that way. Too many problems, too many issues NOT fixed or completed and a lack of safety prevails. I do not have the time nor patience to add more details, however, forget this property! Move on!
