Each building is serviced on a routine basis (typically once every 90 days) as a preventative measure and service is available to anyone each week should you notice a problem. Yes, our hot tub is listed as an amenity and we just completed a renovation to the equipment. We apologize if this was not relayed to you by the management team! Our newest member to the management team transferred from another one of our properties with a stellar work history and we find the term "ghetto" an offensive term and a matter of your opinion that we are unable to change. However, should you have any issues with the employees as neighbors we are happy to address any concerns you may have and address those to the best of our ability.
