All these wonderful reviews are suspect . This place is falling apart and the staff will not lift a finger to help. There has been a fire , major leaks that took forever to fix and just this winter pipes burst in a number of apartments, water heaters were old and caused several floods in apartments, there is a mold problem due to all the floods and leaks , they refused to change out carpets , cars have been broken into and spray painted . They staff refuse to make sure the parking lots are lighted , I've asked many times .. There is a huge rodent and roach problem - people leave bags of trash in front of there doors and on there patios for days . The apartment is not up to code but they are remodeling the office and gym while the apartment units fall apart. I will say the surrounding area is great. The apartments could be nice if they had the right people running it. Save yourself the aggravation and headache of living here. There are much healthier and safer apartments in the area.
