I felt the need ro right a review after reading and responding to a negative one. My child attends the school across the street, we have lived here for five years and are preparing to move to the largest unit they have. I love this place, its nice quiet and cozy. No matter where you live there will be a maintenace issue every now and then, no matter if you live in an apartment or a house, but mine have always been taken care of in a timely manner. My rent was recently increased by $70 I wasnt happy, but i know in order to live in a nice place you pay for that and all its luxuries. This is a great place to live, my neighbors are awesome and I feel safe enough to run and exercise in the community even at night, the office staff has always been nice we have seen a couple maintenance guys come and go but I work in personnel so I know good help is hard to find. I am so glad I can call this place home, after relocating from out of state, I landed in a place im proud of!
