SWEET TO SOUR
BEWARE of AMHERST APARTMENTS in BEDFORD TX. If you decide to live there take pictures or video of of your apartment before you move in and after. They will try to charge you a CARPET CLEANING and CLEANING fee. My experience there was sweet but soon turn sour when they mailed me a bill after I moved. I had to threaten a small claims lawsuit because I had video evidence of the condition of the apartment when I moved in and moved out. And video of me actively cleaning. I was flabbergasted by their, sneakiness of sending me a bill without a scheduled move out inspection. Where if they had any concerns about my cleaning or the condition of the apartment it would be brought up during that time.Manager

First apartment in Texas
I moved here from New York and this was my first apartment in Texas. When I took a tour of the model apartment I knew this was where I wanted to be. Everything was updated and it is a smart house in my eyes because I can do a-lot of things on my phone to manage my apartment (lock the door, put the alarm on and change the temperature). The community it quiet my neighbor was nice and the staff are friendly. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.Manager
