Amherst is a great place to be.

I have lived at Amherst for a few years now. I am very happy there. It’s a quiet community. The residents are friendly and look out for each other. Our maintenance team is top notch. John and Josh are knowledgeable and efficient. Repairs are made in a timely fashion without flack given. I am thrilled we have Josh back with us again. These two make a great team. The maintenance department and upkeep is my main reason for being here so long. Alissa does a wonderful job in the office. She is always willing to find a solution that works. This makes Amherst a top pick in my book. Thanks for a great place to be!
