This community has been a great place to live the past five years. I like that the (relatively small) apartment complex is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Having a garage and full size washer/dryer in the unit is very much appreciated. I absolutely love the park across the street as well as access to many great biking trails. A big thank you to the management and maintenance teams! They have always been professional and friendly and quick to respond to any issue.

Carrington place is a wonderful apartment complex that adds more home than most. Since day one they staff as exceedingly attentive and welcoming.The homes themselves may not be as modern as some but they are kept in very good condition and feel as roomy as a full sized home. The appliances run well and are easy to use. The dogs we have are just as pleased with the walking paths around the complex as well as many grassy areas for them to run in. The roads within the complex make accessing apartments by car a breeze whether you are a guest looking for free parking, or a tenant parking at your own garage right below or next to your unit. Carrington is a more than fine place to stay.

Truly appreciate the prompt attention to our dishwasher having problems. He was efficient in trying to assess and repair the original before coming to the conclusion that it needed to be replaced. Once the order was placed, we were pleased that it didn’t take as long as we had anticipated. And he was quick and clean getting the new unit installed.

I moved in over the weekend and noticed that my bedroom carpet definitely needed replaced, there was pet urine on it. I also noticed that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. Windows, windowsills and blinds were not cleaned at all. The light fixture in the bathroom and fans are not cleaned. All around my washer and dryer was filthy. So on Monday morning I went in to talk to the management and it was taken care of right away. They apologized for the inconvenience and got my carpet and pad replaced the next day, and the day after that a new cleaning lady came and took care of everything else

This is our second lease at carrington and it has overpass exceeds expectations. work orders are completed quickly, the team makes you feel so welcomed with every interaction. they are patient and overall just kind hearted people who seem to genuinely care about the community and its residents. the homes are clean and for the price we pay, quite luxurious. they provide every amenity under the sun.

The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured on the website. I moved here from out of state, so I didn't view the property in person before I moved in. The home is clean, peaceful, quiet, and the view from my windows is very pretty. Management was great in getting my lease set up. This place does not disappoint!!

Expensive but Bad Service

Do not move here. It is extremely expensive, they will jack up the prices every year, but the return is bad service and lies from management. Okay location is not worth the hassle. And forget peaceful, there was a shooting here last year, which resulted in the name change from Carrington to Oxbow. I have a broken dishwasher that management didn't bother to replace until I approached maintenance myself, and then they replaced it with another broken dishwasher. They refuse to replace it, always saying they're waiting for this or for that, but it's just a game for them. I have had a broken, unusable drawer for over a year. I have an AC unit that leaks constantly, and I have to take out the condensation with a bucket or it will leak into the downstairs neighbors, and who knows whether management would do anything about any black mold that would result from that. Management promised that they wouldn't raise the rent this year, and they sent me a lease with the same lease amount, but then they rescinded it when it was too late for me to move and raised my rent anyway.

Pretty peaceful for the most part, I haven’t really met/seen my neighbors cause of the cold weather but I’m sure they are all nice people. They community staff has been so helpful with my move in and made it way easier than any other apartment complex.

Very comfortable. Would love a hose. Lol. Peaceful and great location. Love all the sidewalks and paths for walking. No other complex compares. I plan on staying until the housing market changes and I'm happy here until that happens. Staff is helpful.

Carrington place is the place to go if you want to spend most your money one rent and do all the maintenance your self over half my work orders got closed when maintenance never showed up moved out with no hot water for the last couple days I could run the place better then that messed up office staff

Average. I like that there is a small garage that comes with your unit. Not enough guest parking. Poor AC. Noise not too bad. Mostly quiet. Spacious apartment. Not fancy basic. .................. ..............

Have several friends living here...STAY AWAY! Rats have been seen at dumpsters, place is located on beautiful Boerne IH10 gateway and is an eye sore; security is non existent and no secure access; a tenant advised management (MBP Catalyst Multifamily from Denver and Dallas) of soot escaping from vents. management had soot painted over. Can only describe Carrington Place as a slum. Dog park is ridiculously small and daily full of dog feces and never cleaned. For your health and safety, please stay far away from this apartment complex!!!!!

The office staff is horrible, and they lie to your face. The property is not kept up, and neither are the apartments. My apartment flooded almost 2 months ago and STILL has not been repaired despite all of my efforts. The management company and owners are just as bad. I have sent emails and called both the Colorado and Dallas offices - NO RESPONSE. No one ever answers the phone, and I have left six and counting voice mail messages. STAY AWAY!

Corporate (Not Management) entrapped us into signing another lease before we could find a house by upping rent to a ridiculous amount if we didn't hurry and sign a new lease. Took advantage of its tenants during the Covid pandemic when we were trying to find a larger space for our family before winter. We would have been able to find something if they would have let us have enough time to find a place. HOPE YOU GUYS ARE MAKING ENOUGH MONEY and thanks for not putting us out in the streets I guess.
