The units and amenities are really nice for a younger life style. Just was not really suitable for an older adults. If the property was located in a different location in the community and I was a single / young couple it would be ideal.

The Collection at Boerne is top notch! From the office staff to the landscape, it is truly THE BEST!! Luxury living at its finest. Can't wait to enjoy the pool as soon as it warms up a bit. It is simply beautiful. The game room, study lounge, coffee bar, and the gym are super fun as well.

I enjoyed my tour with Victoria of the Collection at Boerne. The homes were beautiful, new, and surrounded by wooded area. Amenities were high end and all the townhomes I saw included a yard. Thank you for your time to show me, Victoria. KMK

Great facility and staff.Great location. Only issue is they have a very complicated income verification process which could be financially dangerous relative to the a access they require to confirm your income qualifications.

Victoria and the management team made my move in pleasant and about as easy as moving goes. They were responsive and kind every time I reached out to them. My apartment was clean and they even had a welcome gift waiting for me when I got there. The property is beautiful and the amenities are awesome too. Thanks!!!

Very nice community and a great vibe to it. I would definitely recommend to others. Amenities are top tier! Very clean and very safe being that it is a gated community. All of the staff are very nice people and aren't pushy.

Great amenities! Love the cooled mail area, available offices that you can use if you just want to get away from home for a while. The pool looks like it is going to be great for all ages. Just over priced for sq ft compared to surrounding new rent homes available.

The layout, design, amenities were great. Only able to tour one model as the rest were waiting on inspection, but will be back to tour others. Pricing seems high without additional apt amenities to justify. Other than that, great looking community.
