Adding to a NO comment everyone should know.

I unfortunately signed a long lease here without seeing this site first and regret ever doing so... Actually I HAVE seen that ad!!!! It's the truth. Maybe they are talking about all the holes that are around here on the grounds and the dead grass that's beyond the sample apts. We were told in the monthly issue they put out that they were building a dog park and haven't seen it. That was over 6 months ago. The plus to this is that we now have fire extinguishers. As far as over all. Getting work done here is impossible. We went for 3 days with no hot water and they still refuse to give us a new water heater. Every time they have a staff member who stands up for the residents they fire them. We are in a top floor and our neighbors and us have issues with our floors. There are pot holes in our flooring under our carpets and tiling and they said that they are focusing on one building at a time... I sure our building will count once we are in our neighbors downstair and not by invitation. The only thing they've done is added to the office, the mail hut, and the palm-like trees that have died all over the place which I'm sure was expensive. Our water bills went from $15-25 to $35-50 in 3 months time and they can't explain why. Recently they claimed that we didn't sign our first page of our lease that we signed over 6 months ago and they needed it right away. It didn't seem right so I looked over our original lease and the typed-in wording and some of the fine lines were changed. They also changed our lease ending date twice on 2 seperate copies that they left on our door. Still not sure what to do about that. There is alot of crime lately here. The police and SWAT have been here more than enough to make me feel unsafe here. I cannot wait til my lease is up or I will be out of here sooner if what I am looking for becomes available.
