Save yourself!!!!

I was let out of my lease early because the management could not hold up their end of the bargain... I was never late on my rent, never bounced a check and never received a lease violation, but the management there could not say the same. My water heater busted two times and the guy fixed it with tape! Duh! No wonder it broke in the first place! They let twelve (yes, 12!) illegal's (all men) live in the apartment behind me. They usually sat in the broken down minivan in the parking lot "sharing" their loud music and drinking beer. The cans and bottles ended up in the parking lot all around their vehicle. And when they had to urinate after all beer, they would hop out, unzip their pants and pee right there for everyone to see... Lovely!!! I complained numerous times, and the office staff did not care. Thankfully, their regional manager let me out of my lease. They would rather lose me as a tenant than all those " drunk flashers" living in one apartment. If you are from the USA and have a SSN, you go through a background check. But if you are illegal, you dont go through any check because they have no way to check you... SO.... if you value your safety and that of your children (I have a son), do NOT move here. So if you dont mind having tape used to fix things nor have drunk men wielding their "private Parts" at you, or walking through beer cans and bottles through urine... This place is for you!!!!
