Not as nice as 6 months ago...too bad

Recently when a tenant was evicted, there items were placed on the curb...which is legal after a certain time has passed.......the thing that bothers me is the 3 maitenance men who were pilfering through the unfortunate person's belongings. The young -------- male with a mustache driving a dark colored vehicle loaded the TV into his car. I just thought is was rather tacky since he is an employee. <br><br>Then recently, this same maitenance man ran an extension cord to the apartment above another apartment so that the tenants (non english speaking gentlemen from Mexico) could have electricity since their had been off for a while. He even let them store their beer in the refridgerator. Once again, tacky. But, they have beer money. Just not Pernenales money I guess. The managment was made aware of this and did not seem to care.<br><br>What scares me is that people like this have a key to get into your apartment. Praying until my lease is up. <br><br>Also, the down hill spiral is a recent turn of events for this property. I would not have moved her had it been like this. Sad. Really pretty and quiet among the trees. Oh well.
