Absolutely NOT

Don't even think about moving into this place. The previous mgmt was good but the mgmt there now...sucks...to say the least! The guy Leo thinks he's the effin ish...really just a gay dude on a power trip! I lived there for 3 1/2 yrs and was satisfied until this mgmt came along. I was ready to buy a house when I unexpectedly became prego and ended up having to stay longer...so I signed a 6mth lease and the dumb broad in the office dated it with 2010 instead of 2009...so when I found another place they said I had another year! I went to the office and the --------- said he was going to hold me to the year instead of the clearly written 6 mths! I refused and argued until I got my way. On top of that while I was prego my car was parked on a Saturday evening and got hit by some kid who lived in the complex. Not only did he hit my car he hit 2 other pickups as well and left the scene. Did mgmt do anything about it!?!? Hell no they didn't the ------- kid was still allowed to live there. I'm telling you he was driving so fast in the parking lot that he knocked my car over the curb almost into an apt. This place is a broken down mess just like the staff. Oh and the pools don't even think about getting in them cess pools of filth! The "good" reviews no doubt have to be from the shady staff!
