Please do not move here...I don't understand how they are getting any kind of good reviews lately... Granted,I hear the new staff is nicer than the last ones but, they still don't do a good job. The grounds are totally gross....There is no grass...Just weeds. The people here are totally sketch. Maintenance is simply overworked and probally underpayed. I feel sorry for them. I smell pot all the time. The cops are always here. I don't really feel safe. Today my husband saw a guy in a wheelchair get in front of his lady's car and then open her door and yank her out...WTH? The ducks swim and poop in both pools. Don't put your kids in there.I don't blame the ducks because,the little "river" on site is just a trash filled rain reservoir. That thing smells SO bad! Trash is everywhere! Now they have the Cares Team living here for free and passing out religious information. I'm sorry but,that is totally offensive and is it even legal? I'm Jewish, can I get a free apartment for 10 hours of work a week? I am to assume we are officially low income housing now. Great.....I don't understand. I pay the same as the luxury apartments on 620. I don't think this is the answer to low retention rates and crime do you? Give the free apartment to the law like somebody else mentioned . So, needless to say,I am going to be moving once the lease is up. The location is the only good thing. It's why I stayed as long as I did. It's a shame too. I think these could be cute apartments if somebody tried. By the way, in case the office reads this....lowering the rent all the time is not the answer. It just brings more riff raff in ! Stay away ! Piddle Crook Fartens is a total joke ! **** Update...now there is a serious mold problem IN.THE.HOTTUB....For real? The pools are still pretty gross but, the fact that let anyone in the hottub,esp. kids is seriously wrong. They just need to fill the damn thing in with dirt and put plants in it b/c it has NEVER worked the whole time I have lived here.I cannot believe I pay for amenities I can't use !!! Be careful what you leave on your balcony like the last post said b/c yes...people will steal.Even if your on the second floor... I noticed the Cares Team moved out...LOL! This place really is a lost cause !
