We were only at the apartment a short while, but had to call repeatedly to get items repaired. Some of these items were not truly repaired - just a make shift job so the door, cabinet, etc. could function.<br><br>Office staff, while friendly was incompetent or slow. When we left the paperwork and refund was very slow to follow (we called them after a month had gone by) - and they had a contractor do a final walkthrough and they charged us for painting the entire apartment (it did not need it!)<br><br>If you are leaving the apartment, check into your rights as a renter - be sure you go with them on a walk-through (you'll be overcharged).
