Not that bad..

I've been here at Middle Brook Gardens almost 6 months and I have to say my stay has been fine. I guess my thought process is you get what you pay for.. I pay half of what I paid somewhere else to deal with apartment living; Your going to have noise makers, short supply of parking, and other issues in ANY apartment complex. I have never seen a roach nor any other insect (in my home). I like the office girls they have always been nice and professional to me. The maintenance does take awhile to get around to your work order but when my ice maker went out they fixed it and cleaned out all the excess ice in my freezer and it works perfectly now... My biggest complaint would have to be dog poop...NOT ONE person cleans up after their dog, even in "the dog run" which is used like a backyard for everyones dog to s**t and go back home. My neighbors are nice, but mind there own business just like me. I also have never seen a drug bust/ police raid/ anything that would lead me to believe that something of that sort was going on here. 7 times out of 10 I have a parking spot within 15ft of my home. I love the creek and duck pond very pretty and a nice touch! I am releasing and moving into a 2bedroom next month because I dont see any reason to move and pay more for the same kind of atmosphere!!
