I've lived here twice, and this place is a complete nightmare. The first time I lived here the guy below me was selling crack out of his apartment. And God for bid I even walk in my own apartment because the guy would start banging on the ceiling telling me to shut up! I am currently a resident here, and it is not any better.
1. Didn't get a copy of my lease
2. The so called brand new carpet they but in had a giant black stain on it.
3. The bathroom sinks were chipped and to fix them they did a piss poor paint job win the sink?!
4. The door to my laundry room had been painted minutes before I moved in, and instead of leaving the door closed or I don't know, painting it days prior to move in, the left it open smudging the paint. And when they came to "fix" it it looks even worse.
5. The bathroom sink stopper was broken and they have yet to fix it.
6. The teenagers that live above me are constantly fighting and throwing each other on the ground. My fan in the living room is about to fall off the ceiling. They are constantly playing loud music, and there is a lot of traffic going in and out of that apartment.
7. There is a constant smell of marijuana. Yet the cops "patrol " the grounds and never catch the people above me.
8. Parking is insanely ridiculous. The kids above me literally have 30 people over every night. They use up all the parking, and I end up having to park 7 buildings down. And when I am able to park by my building the kids that park next to me park about 3 inches from my car so getting in my car is impossible. I have so many scratches from them hitting my car.
9. I got a notice in my door saying my patio was trashy and had furniture in my patio that wasn't aloud. I have 2 chairs, a table, and a bike on my patio. And the people next to me constantly have trash on their patio.
10. My rent was one day late, 4 days later I got an eviction notice on my door. Wtf?! They lost my rent.
11. The crickets are insane. I can't even sit on my patio at night because they are covering the walls and windows. They are crawling in every little opening they can find. I find them everywhere. In my bed, shower, bathtub, fridge, in my clothes, everywhere. And getting pest control to come on a day that wasn't Thursday is impossible unless I want to pay out of pocket.
12. They keep the front of the property nice clean and the grass is green to invite you in, but once you get behind the office everything is brown, ------, and run down.
Basically if you want a lot of problems and don't mind the ------ then sure move here. But any normal person, save yourself and find somewhere better, and pray for the poor souls that can't get out of this hole soon enough.
