My experience at middle brooks, started out okay,.then I saw roaches but they were usually dead . 4 months into the experience i am so disapointed, the bugs are constant and the a/c unit has gone out 8 times...i actually cried infront of management and they said "at least there is a light at the end of the tunnel we'll put a new unit in NOW... but tomorrow"! that usually means way after i get home and after i check on them all throughout the day to see if they started at my unit. ) I don't recommend these apartments to anyone, i know there cheaper then the rest but you get what you pay for. the parking is horrible. There are some great neighbors, but more people that have alot of domestic issues, so police are always in the units resolving yelling spats. I wish there was a way to talk to the owner of the complex and see if there is any type of compensation for me paying double on my electric bill .... from window units I PURCHASED , fans, i offered to call my own a/c company to fix it and i would send the complex the bill.....so my experience is horrible ( 2nd time i have lived in an apartment ) I will never resign my lease. I can't wait till it is up in December. i don't recommend this to any one who is looking for a place to rent.
