Now called Cypress Creek Gardens the name needs to be updated on here. Major office turnover for some reason. There was a stabbing here weeks ago in the parking lot in the early evening. Google the address and stabbing,agggravated burglary, cedar park it is online. A notice was posted at the mailboxes for a few days then taken down. No idea if the person was ever caught either. It sure would be nice to hear about that but of course no. This might look like an average place but has some sketchy people walking around and not just at night. I don't feel safe here living alone as a single mom. Staff is hot and cold. Sometimes they listen and follow up other times they literally can't be bothered. I saw a man (who I recognized lives in a building one over from mine)stop his car, take a leak in front of my porch (only @ 8 pm!) and then throw a bunch of beer bottles out before he drove away - wow. Also annoying and not safe residents like to let their dogs run offleash a lot. Not ok when the dog is a massive supposedly banned breed. This place has limits on dogs and certain breeds here and I see people walking the ones not allowed all the time. No rule enforcement. It's close to some decent places but I dunno, don't think i will renew. The office literally never answers any concerns unless you show up and stand there! Unprofessional and still a real shady vibe with people here. Just sit and watch the cars that drive by sometime even in the day, LOL you will see what I mean. Corporate offices always monitor these sites so expect a rebuttal to pop up in a day or so- take it from a tenant! there are places down the road much safer and smoothly run. Don't make a mistake you have to live out for a year like me.
