Complex is forcing residents to pay for Spectrum services & Trash Valet. So not only is the rent going up but residents will have to shell out another $100 for services they don't want. I had to move earlier this year from one of their units because of a rat infestation & received no compensation. Not even for that month. I had to throw away my clothing, media & furniture because there was rat feces & urine everywhere. They even admitted to there being a rat problem but didn't care. Only courtesy they gave was having a couple days to move to another unit. So I had to take off work to move or I would be charged. Management & their parent company Northland will not reply to emails or voicemails. I choose to live here because the proximity to my employer, so that's on me. I've never lived in a complex where I've seen so many unhappy residents.
