Today my day started with the assistant manager Priscilla and a make ready maintenance technician named Bailey, confront me by banging at my front door at 10:30 am. Immediately accusing us of dumping trash outside of the community dumpster. She showed me a picture on her phone of trash and proceeded to further her attack by saying the man with her, had witnessed my husband throw trash outside the dumpster. No proof it was us. Just attack and accuse, straight out of the gate. She said she had every right to confront us because it's private property. I've never been blatantly attacked by a leasing professional. I don't know what the training or protocol is for that type of violation. but she was 1000% out of line. I don't know when the word of a maintenance worker came over the tenant without proof of a violation. His accusations are completely false and the fact that she allowed him to face us, and accuse us makes me feel so unsafe and so worried there could be retaliation in the future. Thank God our lease is almost over. Please save yourself the money and go somewhere else.
