Pretty awful. When I moved in there were roaches in my apartment and I had to get it "treated"on three separate occasions. The "treatment" and I use that term VERY loosely was a black little roach trap them placed behind my fridge when that not even where I was mainly finding them. My washer and dryer make so much noise I have to leave my apartment when I do laundry. I have had maintenance come out to "fix" it and nothing changed. Maintenance takes 2 months to get somebody to come out. The bags for pet waste are always empty. Walls are paper thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor cough and always hear his tv.
