The hot tub has not worked since 2019 and has since been removed but has been advertised on the website this entire time. That would be called false advertising. The pools have not been open since 2021. The gym has not been open for months. All of these advertised amenities are things we are being charged for and rent contiues to increase substantially without resolution to the use of amenties we are paying for. I have put in maintance requests that have taken months to get a response. I also have email documentation for all of this. My dishwasher did not work for 5 months. I do not have working smoke alarms because you need 3 people to set it up and I kept making requests for help and no one helped so I have given up. I have had to threaten to call the police on a man who goes around the apartment stealing things off people's porches. I called the front office and they were like he's not allowed on the propperty anymore but I saw him on it 3 days ago. I love the location because I am close to my family and friends and I have a laundry room but there are some serious issues with this complex.
