Select some place else if budget allocates

I have lived there for 2+ years. Whenever a lease transfer/breaking comes up, they charge way too much. Before moving out I had to break my lease for unfortunate reasons. They charged me two months of rent which is insane. Literally everywhere they charge one month of rent but they did two. I dont know why this happened. Also the maintenance is extremely slow if there isnt any urgency. One of my core issues was that the internet port in my living room wasnt working. They took 4+ months to resolve this. If you can afford any other place, select that. Also I had a newborn baby who was in dire need of water due to all the baby stuffs, but they literally shut off water 2-4 days a week. Also randomly they shut off water without any notice. This creates huge problems when you have a baby. These all forced me to leave this place.

    The maintenance crew are good but they are hugley understaffed. When I create a ticket, it takees them 2 weeks to get into it except for emergencies. I created a ticket for internet cable issues (only one port is working in the entire house whereas all ports should be working) when I moved in, its been 40 days and they still didnt fix it.
