There have been issues with communication from the office in the past. Between them and tenants and them and mantinanc.i had to reach out to mantinanc on an emergency line after having requested it for weeks, just to learn they hadn't been told anything.
It also seemed to be an issue when I had people move out they continued to say they were living with me so I had to get that fixed despite the previous tenets moving out properly with paperwork done.
Can be very difficult to get direct answers to questions. Ex. Patio furniture, I keep asking for some clarification to get several different answers. We'd be charged a fine if they deemed it not patio furniture so I wanted to make sure.
Same with fish tank size. We know we can have them but have been given no gallon size despite having asked multiple times.
It would be nice to just have some more direct answers instead of running around things.
