Through the years, things have gotten worse. The rent goes up and up and the quality goes down. Managers are never here for too long and the maintenance staff are as bad as can be found. I have to BEG to get anything done and submit minimum of (3) work orders per issue. The grounds use to be maintained really well and now they only keep up with the front office building. The parking lot is in poor repair. The mailbox area is always overflowing with junk mail, as they don't take the trash out routinely. The current manager is rude, unhelpful, and could use an attitude adjustment. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
