Agent who leased me this apartment had support bars installed in the bathtub WITHOUT my prior permission resulting in a $235.00 charge that I was forced to pay. This same agent also rented me an apartment that was not ready to be leased, i.e., kitchen sink had to be replaced, therefore it was unusable when I moved in. Although they have replaced the sink now (after 3 months), it is still not installed properly and now I'm being told it has to be replaced AGAIN. The dishwasher could not be used as it had no bottom rack. It took them 3 months to provide a bottom rack so that I could use the dishwasher. The toilet kept running. I have been here 3 months now and the sink and toilet issues STILL are not fixed. I turned in the requested "Apartment Condition" form within 2-3 weeks of moving in; none of the issues addressed have been corrected to date ( 3 months). I notified the corporate office of ALL of this after 3-4 weeks of getting nowhere with the complex manager, however, I never heard from them either.
