From the day I moved in there has been a bug problem. Roaches in the sinks, giant ants all over the unit, and spiders the size of my fist waiting for me in the bathtub? even though I pay a mandatory pest control fee. Everything in the apartment is coated in a sloppy paint job, even the bathtub. This makes cleaning impossible, everything sticks to the paint and when I try to clean it I end up wiping the paint off. Water shut offs up to 3 times per week. They keep saying the shutoffs are to prevent future shut offs but they've been doing it since I moved in so I doubt that's true. Maintenance will enter your apartment without notice while you're at work. Overall it's been an awful experience living here.
