Old buildings that haven't had the proper maintenance. It takes months for simple repairs to be made. I had to put in maintenance requests for my AC 3 times. Water was turned on and off for 4 months for adding individual building water connections. We were forced to have SmartRent locks. I got locked out and I called maintenance 3 times. Someone from SmartRent came out at midnight. There was recently a suspicious package sent that had buildings evacuated. Then a shooting in an apartment happened on a Sunday. The walls and floors are thin. I can hear my neighbors talking and a normal volume of music playing if I lay on the floor. If you can find somewhere else to live, do that for your safety and sanity.
