I moved here following a divorce, with the criteria of needing something soon, as affordable as possible, and in the Cedar Park area. This complex had the viability I needed and was in Cedar Park at good location. However, affordability is damaged by numerous fees and charges that are tacked onto the rent. Thank might be all right if the apartment was worth it, but this one sure isn't. An older building and the apartment requires miscellaneous repairs on consistent basis. By the worst problem that goes unsolved is roaches. Infested with them. Have had two of the "big boy" treatments and they did nothing for me. Think I need a remedy that doesn't involve this apartment.
