UNHEALTHY AND UNPROFESSIONAL:

I am in the process of moved out after living there for 4 years. I have seen approximately 4 changes in the property staffing. The maintenance guys are a big joke, good luck getting them to do anything right let alone getting them to come to your apartment for 5 months after your work order was placed. The mold is HORRIBLE!! The apartment upstairs from me had a leak in there bath tub. So I had water coming out of the ceiling in the bathroom. My bathroom flooded and it ran into the hallway and kitchen. I called immediately and went directly to the office, all they said was that they will try to get someone out there as soon as they could after waiting for about 2.5 hours they finally showed up. The did NOTHING, the head maintenance guy said that they could not do anything besides let it air out, so I asked about the mold, he said that mold will not grow till after several years,WRONG!! I called them a few days later to show them the mold that was growing in the baseboards and how the ceiling was cracking now. After yelling and throwing a big fight, they finally came out and sprayed kils and placed a fan in the bathroom to dry out the walls since they were still wet to the touch. Which in turn increased the mold around the window seals. I had another issue where the main water line broke in front of my apartment it took them over 7 months to finally fix it. While they were "fixing" it, they tested the water line by turning my kitchen faucet on and due to the air in the water pipes made an explosion in my kitchen. I had no knowledge that they were fixing it that day until I got home and found my carpet through the hallway and living room completely saturated with water, my bathroom was flooded and the pictures on my refrigerator were damaged. I had water dripping off of the ceiling in the kitchen and hallway. THE DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO LEAVE ME A NOTE OR CLEAN UP THE WATER. There solution to taking care of this issue was to clean my carpet! On top of all that, they messed up on my leasing agreement in 2006, they had to re due it several times and still it is not corrected, I have been leaving messages and stopping by the office to speak to the manager for the past 3 weeks and I have yet to hear from her. DO NOT LIVE HERE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR HEALTH, PERSONAL PROPERTY AND CREDIT. THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX HAS GONE STRAIGHT TO HELL!!!!!!!!!!!
