I like the community, I like the apartment. The only thing that I don't like is the fact that they don't have pest control spray unless you request, which wasn't what we were told during the tour. Maintenance is good though. But I don't like bugs and they just keep coming.

This is a great complex that continually works to update and improve the living experience for all tenants. The service team is extremely quick to address service tickets and the facilities are maintained in excellent condition. This is an incredibly safe community and I believe the administration works to keep it that way.

The onboarding/move-in procedure was easy and they were responsive to the early issues. Though there have been some things that needed fixing, the repairmen have been responsive and quick. The community is nice and quiet and doesn't have many issues if at all. The extra amenities like the pool, gym and internet packaged with my rent are nice perks.

Moving in was a nightmare. The apartment was not ready on move in day. My family including my 2 year old nephew were exposed to toxic air due to the ozone generator left running on move in day. We had to point out water damage during the initial inspection making me wonder how thorough of a job they do in between tenants. Getting a hold of the office is difficult. They don't answer the phone at all. The walls in the apartments are super thin. You can hear every noise from your neighbors, even the ones below you. The complex is full of dogs who bark all day. Working from home can be difficult with the noise. The turn around time for a maintenance request could be as long as a week. I will not be renewing my lease.

Awesome place to live! You know what they say Location Location Location. Grocery stores , great restuarants ,malls, hospitals you name it are all within a few minutes away. So convient for ex. the domain is 15min away. Staff and maintenace crew are genuinely nice and have made my stay her so comfortable. Best bang for your buck square footage per rent in the area and i've checked them all. Not to mention every residence hear are easy to talk to and have found out that there are lots of residents that have lived here for many years. Oh there is also a green belt with a park right behind the complex so you get both the outdoor/city feel.

The community is quiet, but friendly. There are many amenities around the complex that are great to use. I myself enjoy visiting the pool to de-stress and exercise. The complex is also spacious with a good number of trees, giving the complex a lot of life and some great views. Sitting outside on my patio feels so peaceful and like my old neighborhood.

This is a nice complex. The maintenance staff is very efficient and friendly. My apartment is comfortable and spacious. The appliances are a bit dated but I have not had any issues with them. The rent has increased more than expected and not sure there will be any relief. I like that the only carpeted area is the bedroom, that there is a cable/internet package and w/d in my unit. My covered parking is a bit far from my unit but there not any covered spaces near my unit.

I love my apartment. I don't have an upgraded unit but it's still great. Carpet is in the bedroom and living area. The gym is very spacious and great equipment options. Only thing I don't like is no bathroom access when you are at the pool and gym after the office closes since I live in the back of the apartments and the one entrance getting in and out can annoying but people are usually nice and let you out. Other than that the amenities are great. Stores are close and plenty of good eating options around along with parks other entertainment.

I have enjoyed living here for the past several years. The maintenance folks are amazing. Very responsive and quick to resolve issues, however infrequent. I don't interact with the office staff much which is the goal in my opinion. I feel safe here and I feel that the other residents are also chosen well as, so far, I have not had any big issues with anyone.

Our first unit was great and clean and we had no problems until a pipe busted during a freeze and water came under our door. We told maintenance about the water and all they did was come to look at it. I expected them to atleast bring fans since we had to evacuate our building and the water sat there on the floors for a good while. Our second unit is the far less impressive. We had bugs at move in and the unit was dirty with pet hair in the kitchen, fridge and drawers. Our ac broke the first day we moved in. We are just not impressed with the quality of this unit and won't be returning due to this.

Office staff not friendly. There is a young blonde girl who never smiles or seems in the least bit friendly. It sounds like my neighbors are coming through ceiling. It would be great if the apartments would sound proof that a little it is terrible. You have people living above us with wood flooring and every step is ridiculously loud.

Great maintenance and personnel communication My location is very quiet and neighbor's are friendly. Many pets and people are responsible for the most part. Neighborhood is very convenient for schools, shopping and roadways.

Other than the road noise, the complex is super quiet. I love the people who are around us as well! It is very safe and secure. They keep the complex very clean and keep up with the grass and trees especially after storms. Their maintenance team is amazing! They are very sweet and typically come within 24 hours of putting in a call or work order. The management is amazing too and super helpful. Overall, I love the complex and the area it is in.

They're always remodeling which is cool that they want to upgrade; however I work from home and it literally sounds like they are tearing down the walls and coming through the ceiling. The floors/ceilings are too thin when I can hear people upstairs walking but it sounds like they have bricks on their feet.
