Since I have moved in, maintenance has responded quickly and the walls are nice and sound proofed. I haven't heard neighbors through my apartment walls except for a dog going crazy throughout the day and night. Appliances, flooring, etc. are in great condition. Older, but totally usable.

Few spots of wear and tear along the walls and edges of windows n' doors. Calking in the bathtub and surrounding area become loose overtime and need to be re-sealed. Slight gaps between frames and door

Great place to live. Might have been off on how long I've lived here. Office staff has been wonderful . Been through a lot over the last year and they have been there to guide and help the entire time.

It has been 1.5 years for me here at Silverado and I am satisfied overall. Good schools, grocery and parks nearby. Maintenance is good, only thing I would like to improve is ACs should be working properly in all the rooms.

Overall, a positive experience. Maintenance issues were dealt in a timely manner and front office staff are helpful. I feel safe walking outside at night and that my car is safe as well. My neighbors seem like good people.

Majority of house and appliances are outdated. If you need something fixed don't rely on maintenance to take care of it until submitting your third request. Nothing is ever cleaned in gym and it is disgusting. Location is the only somewhat good thing about this place. Gates been broken for a couple of weeks now. It's ridiculous how lazy management is here. Trash never gets thrown in the actual trash bin.

Very nice community. We have a lot children and pets that need to share the space with cars and providers. No speed limit warnings in the common areas that become unsafe. Please we need your support for that.

Staff is unhelpful and disrespectful. Residents are not allowed to use the club house,. During the ice storm, it took several months to clean up debris which was unsafe for children and pets with tree branches. To include damage to vehicles. Vehicles drive too fast through parking areas. Appliances and carpet are out dated.

It has been great. We appreciate everything. Especially impressive has been the speed with which most maintenance requests are taken care of. It is quiet and is kept up well. All is clearly communicated in a timely manner. Pet owners take care of their dogs for the most part.

Good community. I was looking to get a completely cleaned apartment on movein. However, I was disappointed with the smelling sink area and the hair on the carpet. It will be helpful if the team can clean the house.

i absolutely love it! living here is a dream, the new pool just opened up, the gates are always fixed, and maintenance always responds right away! i love the tall ceilings and the smart home and wouldnt wanna be anywhere else!

I have been here for almost 20 years. The team that I had in the office was here for many years and at times it's a reminder of the past. The current office does the best they can within the scope of guidelines allowed. The office and maintenance teams have always been on top of every issue that arises with the apartment in a timely manner and great quality work which I really appreciate! This has always been consistent here as well as the attention to maintaining the property itself! When I first moved in almost 20 years ago my apartment floor plan was $690 - same floor plan almost $1800. (It is unfortunate that employment companies have not kept up with the inflation of the cost of living). Overall, I really love my apartment as you can see and the location. If you have chosen this property, whether it is a stepping stone to a home or long term residence for you, you will not be disappointed. Best of luck!

Great apartment, however appliances are somewhat outdated. The Leasing Agents were great, the prices are also good, however the apartment itself isn't what we were looking for.( modern) The complex seemed very family friendly and spacious.
