i absolutely love it! living here is a dream, the new pool just opened up, the gates are always fixed, and maintenance always responds right away! i love the tall ceilings and the smart home and wouldnt wanna be anywhere else!

So far living at this apartment complex has been wonderful! The environment is very welcoming and friendly and the community always seems to be kept up well. The staff is very responsive and i dont think i couldve had an easier move in!

Silverado has truly been a nightmare for my family. This property is way too expensive for anyone to have to deal with ALL of the issues we have had. The apartment itself is nice&#44; however poorly constructed. Don&#39;t let looks fool you because despite appearances&#44; we&#39;ve spent the last two summers SWELTERING due to almost no air flow to the master bedroom. In fact&#44; the day we moved in we were told by maintenance staff to expect enormous electricity bills. Almost $400 per month is beyond unreasonable for less than 1350 square feet. Furthermore&#44; as you can see from the attached picture&#44; we have paid dearly for breathing mold spores that were in ALL of the air vents. When we informed management they had the vents cleaned&#44; but refused to have them tested which should have been the appropriate course of action considering the toxic air quality caused my entire family to be chronically ill.
If that isn&#39;t bad enough&#44; we had a neighbor that called the police on our 4 year old on a consistent basis. It actually became harassment because the police would show up between 7-8 pm&#44; and there were multiple times we were using our clothing dryer which was mistaken for&#44; &#34;our child bouncing a ball?!!!!&#34; Interesting enough it was the same police officer each time&#44; and when I invited him in to take a look&#44; he just asked us be quiet and moved on. When we brought up our neighbor harassing us&#44; he said we needed to call the leasing office. Despite our calls to diffuse the situation&#44; management did nothing about our neighbor. 
Than there is the issue of our carpeting that claimed they were going to fix after they allowed the previous resident to live there on third floor with a fully grown German Shepard that destroyed the carpeting that we are being charged for.
Now lets talk  about the trash that multiple neighbors leave out on a regular basis. My 4 year always asks why there is stinky garbage out as we are walking upstairs to our LUXUARY apartment??? 
Than of course there&#39;s the neighbor below us that always sitting in the stairwell smoking cigarettes&#44; and discarding her butts everywhere!!! Smells lovely walking by let me tell you!!!
Oh I almost forgot the same neighbors that party on their balcony all night long being drunk and loud&#44; but apparently the same neighbors that call the police on our kid&#44; turn a deaf ear to our lewd neighbors.
Last but not least..we&#39;ve just had enough! Our health and nerves have suffered long enough. We have recently vacated&#44; but there is good news. If you need to lease an apartment and have had a broken lease...almost no else will lease to you&#44; but Silverado at Brushy Creek will! 


I have lived at Silverado for the past three years. When I moved out they charged me a lot of money and said that the place was not clean. I spent 3 days right before I moved out and cleaned that place really well...I even vacuumed out the cabinets and drawers!!! Management is horrible here. The manager is not friendly and doesn&#39;t really care about anything you have to say. I&#39;m just really disappointed that I have never been late on a payment&#44; or had any complaints towards me as a neighbor...and then they turn around and leave me with a fat bill. Other than that I loved it here.  If management were different this place would have a better rating. 

I would keep looking
p.s. take a look at just some of the pictures I took the day I gave them back their key. They said the place was dirty. What do you think?

Bad Management

We have been very happy and pleased with our long stay here at the Silverado Apt. Hms. community for going on 9 years now. We have been pleased with the improvements and upgrades that have been completed in the plat few years, and those in the works at the present time.  The only issue I have had during our tenure has been community safety related, especially the fast moving vehicle traffic by some of the community members - there is considerably more pedestrian foot traffic near the Compactor and Recycle area (across from Bldg. 8 where we live) for traffic to be moving so rapidly by - the one speed bump placed near the Recycle area, but the bump does not extent all the way threw the parking areas next to the Recycle area enclosure - this has allowed some fast moving vehicles in the entrance/leaving lane to avoid crossing over the speed bump - when cars are not parked in the area in front of the Recycle enclosure - by quickly swinging right when leaving (or left when entering) the community - this appears to be very dangerous for anyone walking into or existing from the Compactor area or the Recycle area enclosure - I have witnessed some close calls, but fortunately no one has been injured to date. I have reported this issue a few times in the previous months and years.

Tengo pocas semana viviendo en esta comunidad. Hasta ahora me parece bien. Lo Unico negativo es la falta de limpieza del edificio. Escaleras, pasillos, paredes y Techos muy sucios. Los jardines estan bien  conservados.

I am very happy here and feel safe and at home. My apartment at Silverado has been a pleasure to live in. The only negative thing I would have to say is if you happen to get noisy neighbors you will hear them, but fortunately it is not often that I hear the neighbors and it is usually very quiet. Other than that management is always available and ready to assist. The community grounds are always beautiful and well kept and for extra protection also gated. An added bonus is the Bushy Creek park just across the street and the apartments are close to major stores for shopping. Thank you, Silverado for making my stay here enjoyable.

It's got great potential if some of the tenants could clean up after themselves. Great location. Minutes away from everything you could want. Beautiful park right across the street. Close to Austin, Round Rock.

This is a great community and a healthy community to live in.  A pet friendly complex, nice amenities, friendly staff and responsive maintenance team.  Thank you Silverado at Brushy Creek for being my home for the past 5 years or so.

I have enjoyed living here. It's quiet, the staff is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions. Maintenance is very quick to respond to calls and are always polite. My only complaint is that the breezeway light fixtures need to be changed out or cleaned.

The staff is GREAT. They are very friendly and will respond right away. Maintenance guys are also great; they are very friendly and respond to maintenance request right away. The pools and the pool area are great as well. Parking can get a little challenging after 4:00 pm. The appliances are white and the lowest of the lines (very basic). I do love that some of the balconies are very big. The counters and backsplash is very dated, but cute at all. Normally apartments go up $100 a year, but this is one of the communities that I've experienced raising my rent up $250 to renew my lease. With the prices rising in this area, the rent amount is ok, but not for dated apartments like these. You can compare the prices in other communities and everything is so nice and updated. Overall, it's ok living here.

Professionalism above expectations !!!  Congratulations to the maintenance team!!! My family loves this place, good people, good location, everything that you need is close. What else we could ask for ?
