Over the years living here wasn't so great with management but since the change of management I have been getting all things taken care of without hesitation. It's always yes ma'am I'll get on it never takes more than a day to get something fixed and always addresses my concerns when I have anything. The apartment manager Melissa is very helpful and soooo nice!

Community is quiet and maintained, neighbors are quiet, maintenance is slow and leaves messes, many stray animals. If maintenance would respond in a quick manner and clean up after themselves and if the office returned calls or messages in a timely manner my review would be much higher.

Awesome Apartments

We highly recommend Churchill Square Apartments in Corpus Christi. Friendly staff to talk to, quick response if we ever need work orders for our apartment. Quiet and Peaceful is what we love the most.

Never had any problems with the office. Very respectful, nice and friendly. Maintenance is always on top on everything when it comes to fixing things. I wish they would do upgrades to the kitchen and newer appliances for the price that we pay for rent. The cabinets are very outdated, old and starting to fall apart in some places. Countertop is unleveled due to the dish washer. The pantry shelves is unleveled due to old age. Doesn't need anything fancy put in, but something better than what is in the units. The appliances are extremely old. The rest of the unit looks good. I'm giving my honest review on everything. But overall this is a great place to live. Everyone minds their own business. People don't bother you. Nice and quiet.

Quite and close to shopping stores. Management is quick to respond if I have a question or concern. Well maintained , zero crime in area and great schools . Food trucks on fridays for our convenience.

I have been well taken care of during my residency at Churchill Square. Personnel have always been very accommodating to my needs. Complex is located within close proximity to grocery store, multiple fast foods, gas stations, etc.

Management is great and pleasant! Complex has been cleaned up all all employees are very pleasant and helpful. Management is great ! Laundry room has been updated and swimming pool repaired and refreshed!

Not good! Shipping containers taking parking spaces. Cigarette buds, dog poop. Ridiculous reserve parking. Old stove, bathtub paint and sink peeling off. Paint on kitchen counter peeling off. Air filter, doubt that has been change.

Nice clean spot. Nice staff. Quiet. Everything is online and that's ok but not so much for some older folks. People here seem to keep to themselves but not in a rude way. U get basic cable and that's nice.

My move in was quick and easy, the staff was very helpful and maintenance responds quickly to any issues you have. Everything seems to be well maintained and the office staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything was fine until Rockstar took over. The previous management did a much better job than ------. Sorry ------, you are professional, but way over your head in managing a property. Will not recommend to others.

Nice place to live at. Well kept up. Staff is very friendly. Schools are close by. Have lived here for a few years and have had no complaints. They recently updated a few things. They are currently working on the laundry room.

---- is a sociopath with narcisistic personality disorder who is unfit to run a lemonade stand,much less an apartment complex with human beings living in it... What I mean by this is that it seems apparent she enjoys engaging in petty torments with impunity, the maintenance workers are nothing more than her private goon squad and attempts to use them as an intimidation factor and on top of that they take forever to fix anything, my AC was broken for months on end leaking water everywhere and each time some lame bandaid fix was utilized ... Do yourself a favor and move on if you are thinking of moving here

I love the landscaping of the facility, I love how it's very peaceful and quiet. I was very satisfied with how clean it was when I first moved in and everything was working up to par for me. The move in process was extremely quick and saved me time.

The staff is amazing! Very friendly and helpful! I moved in a couple of weeks ago and noticed an issue with some plumbing and the maintenance came right out to fix it before I moved in. This is a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The apartments are pet-friendly and, even though I don't own one, it's nice to have that option available!

I have been very happy here since I moved in. The apartment complex is kept very clean which is a big plus in my eyes. It's quiet and just a very pleasant place to live. The friendliness of the staff members is amazing. They are all very kind and helpful. I really do not have any complaint regarding the apartment complex except that the walls within the apartment are very thin. I can hear even simple conversations from the apartment next door, if that could be fixed, this complex would be great!

My experience here at Churchill square has been absolutely wonderful the Management and staff are always there if anyone needs assistance. The grounds and parking area are always clean along with the pool area and it's extremely quite and I for one appreciate it.

We have lived here for 3 years now, it's so quiet and well kept. Whenever there has been a problem or maintenance issue, management is on top of it! I recommend Churchill Square if anyone is looking for an apartment.

The office staff is always helpful. The maintenance staff is also very helpful and quick to make repairs. The landscaping is kept up and is very pretty. My apt. was very clean and freshly painted when I moved in. The residents are notified of any information in a timely manner

The staff answered all my questions. I needed a fast move-in. The manager (Alma) is a professional with a friendly welcoming attitude..Alma completed my back-ground in one day. Staff provided information as to how I can pay my rent on line. They gave me directions to all facilities on site.
