Pure Living Hell/nothing is fix/no communication on tent needs or the hell they catching in 501 roach infestation fight as well as all the other issues (no hot water for a least 6 wks but thru all this my rent never late and im a veteran with medical issues! If I had the money I get me the best damn lawyer in Corpusgor all the stuff I lost in the flood on the Sat. 4:30 am the day I was Force to sign a new lease or be Homeless??

The staff and management has been wonderful through my entire move-in process and handling all of the maintenance issues after my initial move-in. The complex is quiet and there are a ton of kids for my son to play with. We're located right across the street from the schools, which is amazing my son can walk to and from school. I love the neighborhood. It's close to the beach. There are wonderful fishing spots and lots of recreational activities. I do love it here.

I moved in during the summer, and the apartment staff made doing so a very straightforward and easy process to do so. I'm not much of a community person, but I see my neighbors getting along and being friendly. I have yet to have a bad encounter with any of them. Decent place. Would recommend to someone who needs an apartment in the area

Everyone is nice and kind. There are no problems at this time. Staff are very friendly and very helpful and are quick to respond. Tenants are very nice. Parking is very nearby. Everything needed is very nearby.

The buildings are old and in dire need of updating hopefully this management company is up to the challenge. Too many others fell short of that goal way too often. I'd hate for the progress to fall short again and it all be lost.

It was a little bit rough in the beginning. But now that we have new management and new maintenance is definitely improving. If I have any problems I submit a work order and they get to it as soon as they can.

Old cabinets drawer don't shut screen off windows bedroom windows don't lock or the sliding door it is quite . It would nice if once a month they would offer a community gathering . I am not used to living with little roaches, and I have reported it three times to the office. We bought her own poison and put out to try to get rid of them. They are not healthy medically to have crawling all over the countertops we've only moved in about a week ago , I don't live in Bill so it's very upsetting to have little roaches around. I understand large roaches because of palm trees and things but little roaches is from people that lived in dirty environment. thanks

Resident for 18 months ...don't do it!

The mailboxes are constantly broken into. I have had checks and packages stolen The thief lives on property and has been stealing since 2020 maybe longer. There are no security measures being taken. The laundry room is a giant cat litter box. The pool is dirty and always kept closed. Many units have water damage to the bathroom ceilings. Honestly, the management company is not the problem. It is the owners. It's sad. This property has many hard working residents paying $1,000 a month for a one bedroom and they should not have to worry about their mail being stolen. Shame on the owners for neglecting this property!!

#1 still no pest control or promised poison for pest for over a year the problem is near its absolute worst #2 still no working sink after a week Cant even cook because theres nowhere to put dirty dishes #3 bathroom still leaking possibly soon to fall in on us literally half our bathroom is leaking giant wet spot on the entire previous " fixed" section which never got re textured like promised #4 still no replacement blides that we were promised #5 random trash still being dropped in my fence area from upstairs neighbor along with trash juice from trash bags being left at their front door at least once a week #6 always waiting over 2 months for replacement AC filters Nothing is being addressed what do we have to do to get things in order?

The manager has come in and turned this prpperty around. She is very professional, polite and cater to our needs the best she can. If you are looking for a decent community to call home, here is where you will love to be. I love living at The Watets Apts.

This criminal hacks people accounts and ordered online items to ship to this address: 2630 WALDRON RD APT --- CORPUS CHRISTI, TX 78418 I don't know who this person is but multiple items ordered are shipped to this address. I love it here since the new manger took over I'm even think of singing another lease cause of the new manager she fight for her tenants to get them what they need and she works with u if u have problems and need a help or just need someone to talk to

Don't even think about renting here. Property is being sold to the school. Sono maintenance being done. Shimmering green pool. No safety lights at night or in the laundry room. Trash everywhere manager extremely rude!!!

At first -------- seemed to be a great apartment manager and the apartment looked livable. Soon enough we found out that we were wrong. -------- is never on property and even if you set up an appointment there is a good chance that you won't see her. The apartment we had was wrought with electrical problems and when we showered we flooded the apartment underneath us. Nothing was fixed. We had to call the emergency number if we wanted a chance to get maitainance. The police are constantly on property and the neighbors are constantly screaming. Hated living there.

Application Process For Disabled Potential Tenents

Both my Spouse & I are Disabled. Before accepting our $30.00 Application Fee, Michelle, who is apparently the "New" manager, called two differernt State Agencies to make sure the help that had been offered was in fact tangible. With Out a doubt, not only impressed us as an Honest Christian Woman, but was Firm & Direct enough to get results. We feel extremely fortunate & comfortable with her at the helm. The Apts. have a fresh paint job that is uniquely Colorful & pleasing the eye. The grounds are well kept, & the pool is inviting. GOD is Good!

This place has inadequate maintenance, management and ownership. Defective wiring, constant vandelizism. They played favortism. The mailboxes were old and mail was always getting wet. Had water leak from neighbors above which took maintenance more than 1 year to fix it. Pool was constantly closed because maintenance didn't want to clean it. Management was selling drugs from the office and was giving out residents personal information. Sewer system needs replaced or update because of constant backups in apartment and driveway.

Hell hole

Hot water heater worked about 1 day a week. Neighbors smoked so bad that my walls turned yellow and my clothes reeked. There were at least two stabbings in the time I was here, complete with bloodstains on the sidewalks and people yelling "Goes back inside. Please don't be messin with da PO-lice" at 3a.m.

I think that they are good apartments because the people are very friendly. The only problem is that they do not look well on the outside but on the inside they have a lot of space and storage. They just got a new manager and things are changing for the better.
