Professional and friendly staff. Maintenance is Exceptional. Smoke free and dog friendly community. They offer a variety of community activities including food trucks. Apartment layout is very an inviting and homie vibe.

Just moved in. No complaints. Everyone has been wonderful so far. We moved did the application process while still residents of another state. The staff made it really easy to get everything approved for us. From the day I reached out to apply for an apartment to the day the contract came my way was about 4 days. I'd recommend anyone at least reach out.

The community can be a bit noisy near the pool area but overall it’s quiet most of the time. I wish there were another garbage compactor on the other side of the community because most of the time tenants have to transport their garbage to the compactor. There should’ve been 2 compactors , over the weekend it’s over the capacity with garbage.

Its been more than a year in Highpark and my initial experience was really good however during my movement from single bedroom to 2 bedroom apartment my experience was not so good. Even though I moved from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms apartment paying extra rent, I haven’t got the benefits that I received during my first movement.

Pleasant move in experience with friendly workers ready to help. Maintenance is fairly quick to respond with your service needs. Depending on your neighbors you'll hear arguments but come on we're not perfect. Overall would recommend this place to friends.

I have been here over a year now and have really enjoyed it. It’s in a great area, the staff is attentive, and the community is nice, well-kept, and quiet. The only issue I’ve had are how the gates/gate codes some times do not work.

Maintenance staff is good. Front office questionable at solving problems. Highpark cares more about furry animals than anything else. People let their dogs poop everywhere. People don’t care about their dogs making any kind of noise at night. It is very disturbing. Reporting them to the front office is useless.

BLACK MOLD

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This apartment company damaged my car(with paint and broke my side view mirror off) The only reason I was reimbursed is because the police got involved and an eye witness came forward 2-3days later. In the beginning I asked them about the damages that occurred/asked to view the cameras but they were no help at all. The maintenance team knew he damaged my car and was never going to say anything. This the same maintenance team that I have to trust to come into my apartment????? Half of everything in here is broke or breaking down. (Only been here for 2 and a half months) from day one the apartment was dirty with boots marks in the tub. All of the door stoppers comes out every single day with the lightest touch. The bathroom sink that’s been reported broken over TWO MONTHS is still broken to this day. On top that(which isn’t everything) WE HAVE BLACK MOLD.(That has been causing me breathing problems) I have pics of when they removed the wood to put some chemical on it with a wet towel. The pool area often sees unruly behavior from children, and shared spaces suffer from neglect, with dog waste littering the grass and general cleanliness issues around the premises, including dirty stairwells. You can hear everything but that’s because the walls were poorly built. The apartments are beautiful but everything falls apart because again poorly built. No compensation for inconveniences like the internet went down 4 times while I was working from home and I got in trouble at work each time.

I enjoyed living at this apartment complex and will continue to do so but it does not feel safe. We had our car broken into and no one helped. There have also been many times that my packages have been misplaced or lost and one of those things was a car title. I would like there to be more transparency and communication when it comes to these issues especially when it’s about safety.

its pretty good. the only issues ive had were having my packages get delivered to the wrong address and then having the residents steal it and only return it when they realized it was something they had no use for. The community is quiet. The valet trash is nice but sometimes people leave their trash outside my door for days on end especially on the weekends and it can be gross.

It is a nice area in the suburbs. The problem is they are premium rates for city apartments with bottom of barrel finishes. This apartment shouldn't be more than $1,600.00 a month and charge almost $2,400.00 with a garage.
