These apartments may look nice but they will completely screw you in the end. They also accused me of being drunk after they sent a man to my door that did not speak English. He told them when I opened my door I was drunk! I didn't speak spanish and had no idea what he was there for. The manager also had accused us of leaving our trash out MULTIPLE times when it was the resident down the hall. They also will charge you a good couple GRAND if you so much as leave a rubber band behind. The rent amount goes up like CRAZY. I paid $1300 bucks a month for a 1 bedroom with a "studio" that my 3 year old stayed in. Steer clear of this place!!!!!! They also had bed bugs and made US pay for the treatment. There is never any parking after 7pm so be prepared to walk really far to get home IN THE DARK. The management and staff are incredibly rude. Some random guy had cornered me and my 3 year old and kept insisting that my child give him a hug. I felt incredibly threatened. I notified the manager and she simply stated "oh, i know him, he's alright". Nothing was ever done. I am 1000% positive he was a pedo. They always tacked in random charges AFTER I paid my bill saying I missed $5 here $7 there. This place is a giant rip off.
