Difficult and frustrating move in process. On the day of move-in my specific unit smelled so badly of smoke. Had asked specifically if smoke had been present at time of signing lease and been told no by one staff member. No other units available, upgraded to larger unit at slightly discounted rate. Great service since move-in.
