The price is more than what you get. If there's an issue the only person who can fix it is Melissa the complex manager who seems to be out of the office a lot. We've had a moisture problem in the apartment for a while. Have to have a dehumidifier on everyday.

Pretty good. The carport parking spots are too skinny and it makes parking difficult. I am disappointed that there isn't a hot tub at the clubhouse. I also wasn't expecting the chocolate brown walls, not very appetizing
